How can we help?
Is any real money involved?
No. The demo runs on simulated balances and Solana devnet. Real-value payments are disabled.
Will you ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. Anyone asking for your seed phrase or private key is a scammer. We only read your public address.
Why is my deal stuck in 'Awaiting funding'?
After the buyer signs, the indexer has to verify the deposit before the deal becomes funded. In the demo this takes a couple of seconds.
Can I change the terms after both sides accepted?
No. Accepted terms are immutable. Cancel before funding or open a new deal.
The seller isn't delivering. What do I do?
Request a refund from the deal room. If declined, a dispute opens. After the deadline with no pending delivery you can reclaim directly.
How do I report a listing?
Use the Report button on any listing page. Moderators review every report.
Still stuck? Read the docs or the dispute policy.
