Policy · Demo draft
Terms of service
The rules for using EscrowOnSol while it runs in demo mode on Solana devnet.
Draft for the devnet demo. Not legal advice and not legally reviewed. Must be reviewed by counsel before real-value transactions are enabled.
Demo status
EscrowOnSol is a demonstration. Real-value payments are disabled. Escrow balances, signatures, and transactions shown in the app are simulated or exist only on Solana devnet, where tokens have no monetary value.
Nothing in the service is an offer of custody, payment, money transmission, or financial services. Real-value transactions will only be enabled after independent smart-contract audits and legal review.
Wallets and keys
You connect a self-custody wallet. We only read your public address. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and nobody from EscrowOnSol will ever contact you asking for one.
Agreements
A deal becomes binding between buyer and seller only when both accept the same agreement hash. Accepted terms, including the fee snapshot, cannot be edited. Changes require a new agreement.
EscrowOnSol is not a party to agreements between buyers and sellers and does not guarantee the quality of any work.
Acceptable use
You may list only lawful services and permitted digital goods. See the prohibited services policy and seller rules. We may hide or remove listings and restrict accounts that violate these rules.
Limitation of liability
The demo is provided as-is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EscrowOnSol is not liable for losses arising from use of the demo, devnet instability, or third-party wallets.
