Refund policy
When and how escrowed funds go back to the buyer.

Before funding
Either party can cancel a deal before it is funded. Nothing is held, so nothing needs refunding.
After funding
Only the unreleased balance can be refunded. Each approved milestone is a final release to the seller.
Refunds happen when the seller accepts a refund request, when a dispute settles in the buyer's favor, or when the buyer reclaims after a missed deadline.
Fees
Network fees paid to Solana validators are never refundable. The marketplace fee on refunded amounts is returned to the buyer.
