Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what we deliberately don't.

Draft for the devnet demo. Not legal advice and not legally reviewed. Must be reviewed by counsel before real-value transactions are enabled.

Data minimization

We collect the minimum needed to run a marketplace: your public wallet address, the profile fields you choose to publish, listings, agreements, messages, and evidence links.

We don't require legal name, government ID, or phone number in demo mode. We never collect seed phrases or private keys.

What is public

Public on-chain: escrow accounts, amounts, and wallet addresses involved in a funded deal. Public on the site: your profile, listings, and reviews.

Private: deal descriptions, milestone criteria, messages, and evidence are visible only to the two participants and, during a dispute, the assigned arbiter.

Demo storage

In demo mode all app data is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Clearing site data or using “Reset demo” erases it.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your profile at any time. On-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
